Painting your nails the correct way
There
are many girls out there that have a problem painting their nails the
CORRECT way.
I
used to be really bad at painting my nails but then I did it the
correct way and so now im basically a professional :D Most of the
time the problem is you put a thin coat or either a thick coat or
your nail polish is cloggy and old
Things
you will need:
Q
tip
Nail
polish (new and not cloggy)
Nail
polish remover (to remove the previous polish on your nails)
Filer
Scissors/clippers
(if needed to cut your nails)
Clear
coat/ Top coat
Steps:
Cut
your nails if you need to
File
to the shape you want
Paint
one thin coat of nail polish onto your nails
Let
dry
Paint
another thicker coat
Dip
your q tip on nail polish remover and use it to clean the edges of
your skin around the nail and remove the nail polish that got onto
your skin
Set
your nails with a top coat or clear coat for a shiny and finished
look
And
you are done! :D
Enjoy
your beautiful nails! <3
How to stop biting your nails!
3
years ago I used to always bite my nails, now that I think about it,
it completely disgusts me. Think about it. Theres so much dirt and
viruses inside your nails, sometimes you see it sometimes you cant!!
I
know how biting your nails might be addictive but you have to do
something TO STOP!!
Ways
that helped me to stop me from biting was:
1.
Jealousy..... Hahah, my friends all had the prettiest nails and they
had long filed nails that they always painted and took care of! I
always felt left out because of my ugly, dirty, chipped nails. I
hated it. It took me a long while to stop. Biting your nails makes
your fingers have like little cuts on them if you notice when you
bite there are red cuts on the sides of the skin that surrounds the
nails and.... it hurts.
2.
After a while of biting my nails the thought of dirt inside it made
me want to puke. I felt so disgusted biting my nails after that.
3.
I painted my nails a clear coat every day ( we were not allowed
nailpolish at school) and it stopped me from biting because the
taste tasted nasty!
4.
The thought of going out with my friends and getting a mani and
looking at photos of long pretty nails really made me stop
So
here are some few tips that helped me stop biting and hopefully will
help you!
Nowadays
I always file and paint my nails to make it look the prettiest it can
be!
Oh
and ways to grow longer nails is to eat vitamins and calcium pills,
it really helps!!
Go
to your pharmacy and get pills for your hair, nails and skin! Biotin
is the best
Hope
this helped!
