❤ DIY CANDLES❤

I don't know why, but lately I have been in love with candles! The weather is getting chilly here in New Zealand so I love lighting candles on my bedside table while reading a book or blogging. It makes the room lighten up and smells so good! But theres a bad side to it. What if you cant find the right scent? Or what if its too pricey for you?

Well you are at the right blog! (:

Things you will need:

Left over candle pieces or wax from the store
Candle wicks (With clips)
Pouring pot
Deep pot (to place pouring pot or jar candle into)
Empty container for your candle
Stirring utensil
Mold (s)
Mold release

Steps:

Gather the supplies above
Insert the candles you are melting down into the pouring pot and place the pouring pot into the pot filled with water. While it is melting make sure to fetch out the old wicks.
Melt down wax completely. Stir if necessary
Prepare your molds
Place wicks and spray with mold release ( you can use cooking spray)
Pour the melted wax into the molds
Let it cool overnight
Remove from molds

Enjoy your handmade candles!
